At  Reason Beyond , we work with brands across fashion, lifestyle, F&B, luxury, D2C and other creative categories.
We’re looking for a  Graphic Designer with a strong eye for premium and luxury aesthetics —someone who understands that good design is not just about making something look attractive, but about creating the right visual language for a brand.
This role will primarily involve creating  social media content, performance marketing creatives, brand campaigns and AI-assisted visual content  for multiple brands.
What You’ll Be Doing  Creating high-quality  social media posts, carousels, stories and campaign creatives
Designing  Meta & digital advertising creatives  with a strong understanding of visual hierarchy and conversion-focused design
Creating and refining  AI-generated visuals  for brands and campaigns
Developing visual concepts based on a brand’s identity, positioning and target audience
Designing content for  premium and luxury brands  while maintaining consistency in their visual language
Retouching, compositing and enhancing AI-generated/product images in Photoshop
Working closely with our marketing, branding and content teams
Adapting creative concepts across different platforms and formats
Contributing ideas for campaigns, shoots, mood boards and overall creative direction
What We’re Looking For   Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience
Strong command of  Adobe Photoshop
Strong working knowledge of  Adobe Illustrator
Good working knowledge of  Figma
Experience using  AI creative tools  for image generation and content creation
Strong understanding of  layout, typography, composition, colour and visual hierarchy
Excellent sense of  luxury, fashion and premium brand aesthetics
Ability to differentiate between ordinary social-media design and  high-end brand communication
Good understanding of contemporary design trends and digital-first content
Ability to work on multiple brands without making every brand look the same
Strong attention to detail
AI Skills We are actively building AI into our creative workflow, so you should be comfortable experimenting with tools such as:
ChatGPT
Adobe Firefly
Midjourney or similar image-generation tools
AI image editing/enhancement tools
Other emerging generative design platforms
You don't need to know every AI tool available, but you should have the curiosity and ability to  use AI intelligently as part of the creative process rather than relying on raw AI output.
The Kind of Designer We Want We’re looking for someone who can look at a luxury fashion, fragrance, jewellery, hospitality or lifestyle campaign and understand  why it feels premium .
Someone who understands:
Less, but better.
Typography matters.
Spacing matters.
Composition matters.
Brand consistency matters.
And every brand needs its own visual personality.

Compensation  ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month , depending on experience, portfolio and skill level.
