RESORT MANAGER
An exceptional opportunity for an accomplished hospitality professional to join the pre-opening leadership team of OZEN VILLAS JAIPUR as Resort Manager. As the second-in-command of the resort, the role will oversee day-to-day operations, drive operational excellence, and ensure seamless collaboration across all departments while delivering exceptional guest experiences and strong commercial results.
Requirements
• Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
• 12–18 years of progressive experience within luxury hotels and resorts, including senior operational leadership positions.
• Mandatory pre-opening experience in a large luxury resort with significant banqueting and wedding operations.
• Proven ability to oversee resort operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
• Strong experience managing large-scale banqueting, luxury weddings, and high-profile events.
• Demonstrated success in leading and developing Heads of Departments to achieve operational and commercial objectives.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to maintain brand standards while driving innovation, efficiency, and service excellence.
• Commercially focused with a strong understanding of luxury hospitality operations and guest expectations.
