Growth & Operations Lead — Vesta Hotels & Resorts
Vesta Hotels & Resorts is one of Rajasthan's leading hospitality platforms, with a 25+ year operating track record across the state. We are growing our portfolio across Rajasthan and are looking for an experienced hospitality professional to lead this growth.
What the Role Involves
Identifying and evaluating new property opportunities across Rajasthan. Leading conversations with asset owners from first meeting through to agreement. Overseeing day-to-day operations of properties in this portfolio once live. Being the person owners trust, General Managers respect, and senior leadership relies on to get this segment right.
You Will Be a Strong Fit If You Have
— A minimum of 20 years of experience in the hotel industry
— Proven experience operating multiple hotels simultaneously, with full P&L accountability
— A strong track record in business development and portfolio growth within hospitality
— Genuine understanding of what makes an owner relationship work — and what breaks it
— Strong commercial judgement — able to build credible projections and structure agreements that work for all parties
--- Worked in and thorough knowledge of Rajasthan hotel market

Based in Jaipur. This role requires extensive travel across Rajasthan — candidates must be comfortable spending a significant portion of their time on the road.
