The Social Belly | Jagatpura, Jaipur
The Social Belly is a café, events space and boutique stay in Jagatpura, Jaipur. We are looking for someone who wants to do more than manage a restaurant—we want someone who would like to help build the business with us .
You will work closely with the founders, across operations, events, sales, partnerships, procurement and guest experience.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and developing new revenue opportunities.
What you’ll own
Day-to-day hospitality and property operations
Planning and execution of events, workshops, screenings and private gatherings
Corporate events, parties and B2B sales
Partnerships with creators, communities, brands and local organisations
Procurement, vendor management and cost control
Guest experience and service standards
Staff coordination and operational systems
Revenue growth across café, events and boutique stay
Local outreach and business development
Working with the founders on new ideas and growth initiatives
Who we’re looking for
You may come from restaurants, cafés, hotels, events, hospitality, business development or operations.
More important than your exact background is that you:
Take ownership rather than wait for instructions
Are commercially aware and comfortable discussing sales and numbers
Enjoy working directly with guests, teams and vendors
Can plan and execute events
Are organised and dependable
Communicate clearly
Are comfortable solving problems on the ground
Want to grow with an early-stage hospitality business
Experience in F&B, hospitality or events is preferred, but strong operating and business-development ability can compensate for a conventional hospitality background.
Why this role is different
The Social Belly is still evolving. The person joining us will have significant freedom to help shape how the business operates, how The Foundry develops, how events are programmed, and how new revenue channels are built.
For the right long-term fit, the compensation structure can evolve beyond a conventional salary into performance-linked incentives and a potential profit-sharing / partner-track arrangement , based on contribution and mutual fit.
Location:
Jagatpura, Jaipur
Role: Full-time, on-site
Schedule:
Hospitality hours, including evenings/weekends when required
Walk-In-Interview:
Every Weekday(Mon to Fri): 5 PM to 7 PM @ The Social Belly, B-271, Shiv Officers Colony, Jagatpura, Jaipur
