Qualifications
Good knowledge of corporate laws, governance practices, and company secretarial duties
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective board and stakeholder engagement
Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and handle confidential information with integrity
Relevant certification or qualification as a Company Secretary is preferred
