- Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Assisting attorneys with legal research, drafting documents, and preparing case files.
Maintaining and organizing legal files, ensuring all documents are up to date and easily accessible.
Conducting legal analysis and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Providing administrative support such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Assisting with client intake, including conducting interviews and collecting necessary information.
Preparing brief notes of the cases.
Preparing research notes.
Strong knowledge of company laws, corporate laws.
Excellent analytical and research skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Associate to provide legal support on various aspects of our business. The successful candidate will be involved in contract drafting, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, intellectual property matters, and other legal matters.
