Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary, based in Jaipur. The Company Secretary will handle legal and regulatory compliance management, corporate governance processes, and provide expert advice to the team and management regarding compliance frameworks. Responsibilities include maintaining corporate records, drafting and reviewing legal documentation, managing statutory filings, supporting audits, and fostering relationships with regulatory authorities. The role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the organization operates in adherence to global compliance standards.
Qualifications
Thorough knowledge of Corporate Governance, Regulatory Compliance, and Company Law.
Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and statutory filings.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to deadlines and accuracy.
Effective communication and advisory skills to interact with regulatory authorities, stakeholders, and senior management.
Familiarity with compliance and legal management software is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Law, Company Secretary qualification (ACS/FCS), or equivalent certifications.
Ability to work independently and collaborate in cross-functional teams across geographies.
Prior experience in handling compliance or governance in multi-jurisdictional companies is advantageous.
