Vice President Public Policy
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and high-caliber Vice President – Rajasthan to lead and scale our consulting footprint at the state level. This is a high-impact leadership position designed for a strategic thinker who can navigate complex public-sector environments, manage large-scale engagements, and drive organizational growth.
As the senior on-ground leader, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of strategic assignments, maintaining senior government relationships, and mentoring multi-disciplinary teams to deliver excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic Project Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end execution of high-impact consulting projects in Rajasthan, ensuring all deliverables align with client expectations and organizational standards.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior government officials and key stakeholders, building long-term trust and fostering collaborative relationships.
Business Development & Growth: Lead the state’s growth strategy by identifying new opportunities, spearheading the RFP (Request for Proposal) process, and crafting winning bid strategies.
Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire multi-disciplinary project teams, fostering a culture of delivery excellence and professional growth.
Operational Governance: Ensure rigorous quality control, risk management, and governance across all project implementations in the state.
Thought Leadership: Represent the organization in policy discussions, external forums, and conferences to enhance brand visibility in the public policy and development sectors.
Education & Experience Requirements
Experience:
10+ years of core consulting experience, specifically in management consulting, strategy, or advisory roles.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager, Engagement Lead, or Team Leader on large, complex assignments.
Professional Pedigree: Prior experience with a Big 4 firm (e.g., Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) or equivalent top-tier advisory firms like Grant Thornton or BDO.
Business Development: Hands-on exposure to the government tendering process, proposal development, and business acquisition.
Regional Expertise: While not mandatory, prior experience consulting for the Government of Rajasthan is highly preferred.
Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, "startup-like" environment that requires both strategic oversight and hands-on execution.

Leadership: Strong ability to manage diverse teams and drive project governance.
