Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and performance-driven Team Leader to manage Billing & Data Operations in a fast-paced BPO environment. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in billing, data processing, reporting, and team management, with the ability to handle direct client interactions and drive operational excellences.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage daily operations of the Billing & Data Processing team, ensuring high accuracy and productivity.
- Monitor team performance, productivity metrics, and SLA adherence.
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze operational reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing operational queries and implementing process updates.
- Drive process improvements, identify workflow bottlenecks, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure data accuracy, billing compliance, and timely completion of deliverables.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve performance goals.

Required

Skills & Qualifications

- 4–8 years of experience in Team Handling within Billing, Data Operations, Accounts Receivable, O2C, Back Office, or BPO environment.
- Strong expertise in MS Excel and/or Google Sheets, including formulas, reporting, data analysis, and dashboard preparations.
- Experience in managing client escalations and working directly with international clients.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills (B1/B2 level or above).
- Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven, fast-changing operational environment.

Preferred Background

- Experience in Billing Operations, Data Management, O2C, Accounts Receivable, or Financial Operations.
- Proven track record of managing teams, improving processes, and achieving operational KPIs.
