1. Customer Experience & Hospitality Excellence
Develop and implement a standardized hospitality framework across all sales offices and experience centres.
Ensure a consistent and premium customer journey across every customer touchpoint.
Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, customer delight, and brand perception.
Establish service excellence benchmarks aligned with luxury real estate standards.
Ensure all customer interactions reflect the company's hospitality philosophy.
2. Operational Standardization
Standardize customer journey and hospitality practices across all locations.
Ensure uniform implementation of SOP's, operational checklists, customer delight protocols, and service standards.
Continuously review and refine operational processes for scalability and efficiency.
Conduct periodic operational reviews and implement corrective actions where required.
3. Service Quality & Audit Management
Conduct regular site visits to evaluate hospitality standards and operational performance.
Monitor customer-facing operations and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Lead internal hospitality audits across locations.
Ensure audit observations are closed within agreed timelines.
Maintain high audit compliance scores across all sites.
4. Customer Satisfaction
Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction metrics across all locations.
Drive initiatives to improve Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Analyze recurring customer concerns and implement preventive measures.
Collaborate with CRM and Sales teams to enhance the customer experience.
5. Financial & Cost Management
Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising customer experience.
Lead vendor negotiations to achieve economies of scale.
Prepare and monitor hospitality budgets across multiple locations.
Ensure efficient utilization of hospitality resources.
Identify opportunities for operational savings.
6. Procurement & Purchase Order Management
Oversee Purchase Order (PO) creation, approvals, and tracking across all sales offices.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies.
Coordinate with Finance for invoice processing and payment reconciliation.
Implement controls to prevent financial discrepancies and process leakages.
7. Vendor Management
Identify, onboard, and manage hospitality vendors.
Conduct vendor performance evaluations.
Negotiate commercial agreements and service-level expectations.
Ensure vendors consistently meet company quality standards.
8. Governance & Compliance
Ensure implementation of SOPs across all locations.
Strengthen governance mechanisms through audits and process reviews.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Maintain documentation for inspections and internal audits.
9. Team Leadership & Capability Building
Lead hospitality teams across multiple locations.
Build a high-performance culture through coaching and mentoring.
Drive employee engagement initiatives.
Monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and ensure timely completion.
Identify successors for key positions and support leadership development.
10. Performance Management
Establish performance goals and KPIs for hospitality teams.
Conduct periodic performance reviews.
Drive continuous improvement through coaching and structured feedback.
Recognize and reward high-performing employees.

Experience : 10+ years in operations (Real Estate Industry)
Education :
Postgraduate
Skills :
