Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced  Client Success & Operations Manager  who will take full ownership of client relationships after sales closure.
This is not just an account management role — we are seeking someone who can  think and operate like a COO , ensuring seamless execution, strong client relationships, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Client Ownership
Take end-to-end ownership of clients after sales closure
Conduct onboarding meetings and understand business goals
Translate client requirements into actionable execution plans
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Handle client escalations with professionalism

Operations Management
Coordinate with SMM, SEO, PPC, Design, Video, Content, and Development teams
Ensure timely delivery across all departments
Monitor project timelines and track deliverables
Identify and eliminate execution bottlenecks

Performance Monitoring
Review campaign performance regularly
Ensure accurate and insightful reporting
Conduct monthly review meetings with clients
Recommend strategies for continuous improvement

Client Retention & Growth
Enhance overall client satisfaction
Drive renewals and reduce churn
Identify upselling opportunities

Leadership & Strategy
Work closely with founders and the leadership team
Collaborate with team leads across departments
Develop SOPs and improve operational workflows
Build scalable systems for long-term growth

Requirements
6 –10 years of experience in a digital marketing agency
Proven ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Social Media, and Websites
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
