About the Role
We are hiring an experienced  Team Lead – Telecom Operations  for our International Telecom Operations team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong leadership capabilities and hands-on experience managing international telecom operations while driving team performance and service excellence.
Eligibility Criteria
Mandatory:  Experience in  International Telecom Operations
Candidates with  only Domestic Telecom Operations experience will not be considered
Minimum  4+ years  of overall work experience
Minimum  2+ years  of Team Lead experience (must be reflected in official employment records)
Strong people management, coaching, and performance management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of telecom operations executives
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of KPIs and SLAs
Conduct regular coaching sessions, feedback discussions, and performance reviews
Manage operational escalations and ensure timely resolution
Ensure adherence to quality standards and organizational policies
Prepare performance reports and drive continuous process improvements
Compensation
Maximum CTC:  ₹9 LPA
