Tanggung jawab
- Membantu tim Talent Assessment dalam mengelola data hasil tes
- Melakukan penilaian (skoring) tes untuk beberapa posisi
- Ikut terlibat dalam pembuatan alat tes dan proyek-proyek lainnya
- Terbuka untuk mahasiswa aktif (D4/S1/D3) jurusan Psikologi, Statistika, dan jurusan terkait
- Mampu menggunakan Microsoft Excel,terutama fungsi seperti vlookup, hlookup, pivot, dan rumus dasar
- Mampu menganalisis data dan berpikir kritis, khususnya untuk interpretasi data HR
- Proaktif dan mampu bekerja dengan baik di lingkungan yang dinamis
- Percaya diri dan memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, termasuk berbicara di depan umum
- Bersedia magang pada hari kerja (Senin – Jumat) dengan periode 3-6 bulan
- Penempatan:
Jakarta Selatan (WFO)
