Location: Jakarta Barat

Job opportunity for Sales Admin at PT Total Cloud Solutions in KOTA ADM, JAKARTA BARAT, DKI JAKARTA, Indonesia.

We are looking for a Sales Admin. If you have a passion for IT sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive business growth, this role is for you!

Responsibilities
  • Accurately process sales orders and ensure timely entry into the system.
  • Prepare quotations, contracts, and other supporting documents for clients.
  • Maintain and update sales records, client databases, and filing systems.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, calls, and follow-ups for the sales team.
  • Liaise with Finance, Marketing, Logistics, and GA departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth internal communication.
  • Support the team in meeting sales targets through organized documentation and follow-up tracking.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports and assist in tracking team KPIs.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the IT and CRM domains.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales administration, sales support, or a similar administrative role (experience in IT industry is a must).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Google Workspace is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and coordination skills to support the sales team and liaise with internal departments.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and handle administrative processes efficiently.
  • Willingness to learn about IT products and services to better support the sales process.
