Job Description

Responsible for administration tasks & paperwork designated for purchasing.
Support in archiving files (softcopy and hardcopy) and data entry.
Help explore & provide vendors selection related to user’s request accompanied by mentor.
Ensure submission of all admin documents and data required for vendor selection process.
Assisting the P urchasing Team with ad-hoc tasks & projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree / final year student from accounting, management, or other related major.
Organized, agile, attentive to details, and have a positive can-do attitude.
Having organizational experience and competition is a plus.
Responsible, honest and thoroughness.
Ability to multitask and good skills in administration.
Able to use Microsoft Office
Available for a WFO internship lasting for at least 3 months.
