Junior Secretary

About the role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Junior Secretary to support the Director of PT Cikarang Listrindo, Tbk', a leading company based in South Jakarta, Jakarta. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and secretarial assistance to ensure the smooth running of the Director's office.

What you'll be doing

Manage the Director's calendar and schedule appointments and meetings

Arrange and coordinate travel arrangements for the Director

Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents on behalf of the Director

Handle incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries, and provide professional and courteous responses

Maintain and organise the Director's filing system and other administrative records

Assist with special projects and tasks as requested by the Director

Demonstrate a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information

What we're looking for

Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a secretary

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and multi-task effectively

Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Knowledge of office management procedures and administrative best practices

Have a secretarial certificate
