Admin Reward Entry - WFO - Jakarta - ()

Persol is assisting a beverage company client to fill the position of Admin Reward Entry GT Channel. You will be responsible for supporting the administrative operations of the GT Channel reward program, particularly in the management and processing of data accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

Perform input, validation, and updating of GT Channel reward data into the systems or databases used

Compile data from various sources for monitoring and reporting needs of the reward program

Ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of data received from related teams

Process simple data using basic Excel features and formulas (Pivot Table, simple VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Sort, Filter, and other basic functions)

Coordinate with the GT Marketing team regarding data and program administration needs

Prepare periodic reports related to reward status and program achievement

Maintain confidentiality of company data and documents

Perform other administrative tasks that support GT Marketing team activities

About you

Willing to work on contract status for the period September – December 2026

Minimum D3 graduate from any major

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Table, Sort & Filter, and basic formulas (SUM, IF, simple VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)

Experienced in using computer/laptop and Microsoft Office applications

Strong attention to detail in managing and inputting data

Able to work in a structured, neat, and detail-oriented manner

Good communication and coordination skills

Able to work independently and in a team

Willing to be placed at South Cilandak, South Jakarta
