Job Summary
We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow our logistics business by identifying new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and managing a personal sales portfolio. This role involves B2B selling, lead generation, and collaboration with internal teams to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop new business opportunities and manage existing client accounts.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct market research and provide feedback for product improvement.
- Coordinate with internal departments and other FLS offices globally.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues proactively.
- Prepare reports and participate in planning and budgeting.
- Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
- Proven sales experience in Freight Forwarding environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is advantageous
- Customer-focused, target-driven, and team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel as required.
