In Commercial, you’ll help connect customers with the products and partners they love. Your work supports category growth, strengthens seller relationships, and creates shopping experiences that are seamless, memorable, and keep customers coming back to Blibli.

As a Merchandising Officer for the Electronics category, you’ll drive category growth through market analysis, data-driven planning, and seller collaboration. You’ll identify emerging trends, optimize assortments and pricing strategies, and work cross-functionally to boost seller performance, improve the customer experience, and achieve sustainable sales and margin growth.

What We ll Working On Together
  • Drive category performance through data-driven planning, market analysis, and seller collaboration.
  • Identify market trends, develop pricing strategies, and recommend customer-relevant assortments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to onboard, engage, and grow sellers through incentive and performance programs.
  • Analyze seller and competitor data to uncover growth opportunities and inform category strategies.
  • Propose inventory and promotional strategies that maximize sales and margins.
  • Recommend merchandising tactics that enhance the shopping experience and marketplace conversion.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) with a GPA of at least 3.00 in Business Marketing, Business Economics, Business Administration, Management, or Marketing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Understanding of retail operations is a plus.
  • Prior experience in the electronics category is a strong advantage.
