• Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks.
• Structure and manage integrated, multitrack performance databases for digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with third‑party resources, including vendors and researchers.
• Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escape issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.
• Create and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, managers, and other business teams, to gather and document fashion business team requirements.
• Help the business team with adhoc tasks to support decision making.

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Business, Business, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in fashion retail or a related industry.
• Prior internship or Management Trainee experience in fashion or lifestyle brands and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, automation, basic programming, or AI‑driven analytics is considered an advantage.
• Strong interest in business strategy, analytics, and the fashion industry.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
  , as well as data analysis tools (
  SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI
  ).
• Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and key business metrics.
• Able to translate complex data into clear, structured insights and recommendations.
• Detail‑oriented with strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
• Domiciled in Jabodetabek and willing to work from the office (WFO) only if needed.
