What you’ll do:
Lead Principal acquisition and onboarding for Supply Chain Financing business in our P2P Lending company.
Explore and understand the E2E business process of Principal's ecosystem, finding the paint points and gap, then provide the most suitable SCF solution.
Analyse the Principal's financial and business going concerns in high level.
Conduct market and industry analysis.
Collaborate and liaise with cross-functions e.g. Lending Ops and Legal to onboard the Principal.
Act as the main contact of the Principals, will be there anytime they are in need.
Cross-sell non-SCF products to SCF ecosystem.

Open to candidates from any educational background—we value your ability to understand business models, lending fundamentals, and industry networks more than your degree.
You bring at least 5 years of experience in the corporate environment.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
Possess strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to assess risks and opportunities effectively.
Demonstrate clear, logical thinking and excellent communication skills when engaging with internal teams and external partners.
Capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively within a team to achieve shared goals.
