Job Description
- Define product strategy and roadmap, manage product's lifecycle end-to-end, and work with cross-functional partners for successful development, go-to-market, operation, marketing, and demand‑generation efforts.
- Analyze complex business challenges and seller pain points to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Drive and lead strategic initiatives and high-priority projects to improve the overall experience of sellers across the marketplace.
- Actively collaborate with stakeholders from cross-divisions and cross-business units.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree with 3+ years of experience in management consulting or strategy role
- Demonstrated flexibility and ability to work in a fast-changing environment
- Ability to speak to technical and business stakeholders, users and interact at all levels of the organization
- Distinctive problem‑solving skills with the ability to define problems and identify potential solutions
- Fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking
- Excellent documentation, presentation, communication, organizational, and analytical skills, particularly implemented in a cross‑functional and global role
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Google workspace, Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
