Position: PURCHASING PACKAGING MATERIAL STAFF
Location: Jakarta Selatan

Purchasing Packaging Material Staff (Purch PM Staff) is located in Ciracas, East Jakarta, This position will be in Team Purchasing. Please read the qualification below.

Qualification:

Minimum education is Bachelor from Management / Industrial Technology of Packaging and Printing / Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Finance/Accountancy/Banking, others or equivalent.

Have 1 year experience as STAFF PURCHASING PACKAGING MATERIAL especially from cosmetic, pharmacy, chemical industry or manufacture.

Have knowledge and familiar with packaging cosmetics is a MUST

Communicative, good negotiator and detailed person

Quick adaptation and good stress tolerance

Able to speak English both written and speaking

Familiar with SAP/ERP

Familiar Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

Role & Responsibilities:

Prepare for packaging material demand based on MRP
Follow up starting PO process until the delivery products to Cosmax Indonesi
Source new vendors for alternative supply
Evaluate vendors per semester (time, quantity and quality)
Negotiate price before order
Follow up on time schedule and fulfilment to agreed specification of material delivered
Submit invoice to Finance and inform payment schedule / Bank slip to supplier
Sourcing and locate vendors

Workplace:
Onsite
Monday – Friday: 08.00 – 17.00
