Responsibilities
- Drive B2C productivity performance including revenue achievement and go-to-market activities.
- Lead and monitor sales agent performance to achieve sales and conversion targets.
- Manage commercial operations across Branch, Regional, and Territory levels.
- Design, evaluate, and optimize racing schemes and sales incentive programs.
- Monitor and improve sales quality through scoring systems, chat evaluations, and roleplay assessments.
- Develop and execute learning & development programs for sales teams.
- Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance calibration sessions for sales teams.
- Analyze business performance, identify commercial opportunities, and recommend strategic improvements.
- Support B2B business initiatives and monitor regional B2B performance execution.
- Conduct periodic PnL reviews and provide insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including operations, marketing, training, and management to achieve company targets.
- Prepare commercial reports, performance dashboards, and strategic recommendations for management review.
- Ensure alignment between commercial strategy, execution, and business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Commercial, Business Development, or Revenue Operations.
- Experience handling multi‑region or territory commercial operations is preferred.
- Strong understanding of B2C sales strategy, sales productivity, and incentive scheme management.
- Experience in training, coaching, and sales performance development.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance monitoring and PnL review.
- Familiar with KPI management, sales quality evaluation, and performance scoring systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work in a fast‑paced and target‑driven environment.
- Strong problem‑solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting/dashboard tools.
- Experience in education, edutech, or service industry is a plus.
