WIN OCEAN INVESTMENT is a professional consulting firm providing corporate consulting, market entry solutions, compliance advisory, cross-border business support, and market & industry feasibility analysis.

We are seeking a Business Operations Manager professional to support executive management and lead core consulting operations. This is a management-track role, not an administrative assistant position.

• Drive day-to-day business operations and execution of key initiatives
• Lead and coordinate core consulting projects and cross-functional teams
• Represent the company in client meetings and strategic discussions
• Develop and review proposals, service frameworks, pricing, and contracts
• Optimize internal operational processes and project management standards

• Bachelor's degree or above (Law, Tax, Business, Economics preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or multinational environments
• Strong coordination, documentation, and business communication skills
• Fluent in English. Fluent in Chinese language skills are a strong advantage (Mandatory)
