Seed Rebate Analyst

Job opportunity for Seed Rebate Analyst at PT Imecon Tekindo in Kota Jakarta Barat, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia.

Compile, update, manage, and support all rebate administration and analysis in the region.

Check and analyze YTD (Year-to-Date) Actual Rebate vs Budget across the region; periodically report to Channel Operation Manager, RSM, and leadership to avoid overspending.

Manage all rebate administration, monitor effectiveness, and provide needed support.

Ensure all rebate program documents are well managed and timely, including contracts, approval forms, and supporting data.

Compile, update, and manage the database of dealers and retailers, including customer profiles for each segment.

Provide semester (half-year) rebate management performance reports for each Sales Executive (SE) and Sales Officer (SO) to be included in SIP (Sales Incentive Program) assessment.

Work closely with Head Office staff to verify actual vs budget and speed up rebate payments.
