Business Strategy Manager; Fashion

Responsibilities

• Own and define key problem statements for the watch business, the company’s largest revenue contributor
• Support the Senior Manager in shaping overall business strategy and priorities
• Translate strategy into clear initiatives, workplans, and milestones
• Act as day‑to‑day project owner and PMO to ensure initiatives are executed on time
• Work closely with business unit heads and functional teams (Retail, Digital, Marketing, Ops, Customer Experience, Procurement) to drive execution
• Align multiple stakeholders and unblock issues without direct authority
• Track progress, risks, and outcomes, and prepare structured updates for leadership
• Ensure initiatives move from idea to execution with measurable business impact

• 5–8 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or special projects roles
• Background in consulting with experience transitioning into an operating or execution‑focused role
• Strong structured thinking and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, ambiguous, and evolving environments
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
• Confident communicator able to work with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams
• Data‑literate and comfortable using data to support decision‑making (with analyst support)
• Experience in consumer, retail, marketplace, or luxury businesses is a strong plus

• Role is based in Jakarta and requires close collaboration with multiple business units. Prefer candidates with consulting background who have successfully transitioned into operating roles
• Looking for someone practical, grounded, and execution‑focused (not purely strategy or slide‑driven)
