- Ensuring the timely and cost effective acquisition of goods and services necessary for the firm's daily operations
- Evaluation of outstanding PRs that have not been followed up to become POs
- Evaluation of outstanding POs that have not been realized in the procurement of goods
- Cross check invoices and attachments and make sure they are suitable for follow up payments
- Handling cases that occur in the purchasing section
- Ensure PO is in accordance with user needs and approve the PO
- Ensuring vendor pitching for procurement of goods goes well according to SOP
- Conduct weekly meetings with the purchasing team
- Researching suppliers and comparing costs, negotiating, discuss and manage purchasing contract
- Analyze of market price and make timeline for each purchase, from PR until goods delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business or related
- Minimum 5 years experiences in same position
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication & Inter-personal skills
- Team leader, persuasive and innovative
- Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted time frames
