You will lead growth acceleration for aportfolio of Indonesian SMEs generating USD 500K–1M+ annual revenue. Using acombination of consulting frameworks, AI tools, and structured portfoliotracking, you will design and drive “growth sprints” that help business ownersscale revenue, optimize operations, and unlock new opportunities.

The senior role leads strategy, managesfounder-facing relationships, and ensures portfolio companies progress throughdefined journeys and sprints.

• Diagnosebusiness challenges using structured consulting frameworks
• UseAI tools to generate insights, models, projections, growth hypotheses, and business plan
• Design4–8 week growth sprints tailored for each portfolio company
• Monitorsprint execution and provide strategic recommendations
• Maintaindashboards on portfolio health, revenue indicators, and sprint progress

• Provide feedback on program improvements and platform enhancement
• Collaborate with CRM & analytics team to maintain clean, actionable data

• 5–9years experience in consulting, business strategy, VC/PE, startup growth,or advisory roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience with LLMs or AI productivity tools for business planning
• Excellent communication; comfortable working with SME founders
• Abilityto manage multiple stakeholders and navigate ambiguity
