We’re looking for a Corporate Planning to turn strategic priorities into results, ensuring our company’s key initiatives run on time, within budget, and with measurable business impact. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution.
What You’ll Own Strategic Planning & Business Rhythm- Drive company-wide OKR rollout, ensuring alignment across departments and 100% adoption.
- Lead and coordinate annual Strategic Plan with strong cross-functional alignment.
- Lead initiatives to streamline core company processes through automation and AI adoption.
- Identify and prioritize new workflows for digitization to drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with the Finance team to assess company performance, budget health, and ROI of strategic initiatives.
- Build business performance dashboards, analyze variance, and highlight opportunities for growth and cost optimization.
- Translate financial data into actionable recommendations for management.
- Manage high-impact corporate projects end-to-end — from design to execution — ensuring milestones are delivered on time and within scope.
- Provide structured updates and insights to the COO for informed decision-making.
- 100% department-level OKR rollout and ≥90% on-time Business Review reporting.
- ≥80% adoption rate of automation tools across teams, reducing manual processing by ≥30%.
- Quarterly performance reports and actionable insights delivered to leadership.
- Financial and operational recommendations contribute to growth and profitability targets.
- Have 5+ years of experience in corporate planning, business operations, management consulting, or strategic finance.
- Are highly structured, analytical, and data-driven, with strong financial literacy.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with senior leaders — able to influence without authority.
- Move fast but think deeply; can balance precision with agility.
- Are proactive, pragmatic, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Thrive in a culture that values humility, ownership, and continuous learning.
