About Impact Investment Exchange (IIX)
IIX (Impact Investment Exchange) is a Singapore-headquartered pioneer in impact investing — building the infrastructure where capital markets meet sustainable development. Over 15+ years, IIX has built the sustainable investing market across four pillars: capital mobilisation, enterprise technical assistance, data and impact measurement, and global advocacy.
Our flagship initiatives include the Women’s Livelihood Bond™ Series (7 listed bonds and growing), IIX Values™ (impact verification technology), IIX Intelligence™ (a global data hub benchmarking MSMEs on ESG, gender, and climate performance), and the Orange Movement™ — a new asset class at the intersection of gender equality and climate action. Together, these represent nearly US $1.5 billion in capital mobilised, 185 million+ lives positively impacted, 1.9 million metric tons of carbon avoided, and 116,000+ data points collected on sustainable MSMEs.
Recognised by the Oslo Business for Peace Award and the UN Global Climate Action Award, IIX is a lean, mission-obsessed team. Everyone here wears multiple hats, moves fast, and cares deeply about the work. If that energises you, you will thrive at IIX.
