Sr. Digital Business Expansion

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research and outreach.
• Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and business documents.
• Maintain and update customer and partnership databases (CRM).
• Assist in managing communication with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.
• Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to business development activities.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales support, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Willing to learn and grow in the digital business industry.
