Kandidatul harus lulusan S1 atau S2 dengan IPK minimal 3,30, serta dapat berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris. Kesempatan untuk pengembangan diri melalui coaching dan mentorship juga ditawarkan.
