Position: COO Office [Business Project Manager]
Location: Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta

We are looking for a highly driven and adaptable individual to join our COO Office team. Working closely with the COO, you will take part in a variety of strategic, operational, and project-based initiatives that drive the business forward. This role is ideal for a business generalist who enjoys tackling different challenges, working with people across all levels of the organization, and balancing big‑picture thinking with hands‑on execution.

Strategic Initiatives & Execution
  • Work closely with the COO to drive strategic initiatives and company‑wide priorities.
  • Conduct research, gather insights, and analyze information to support decision‑making.
  • Identify business challenges and opportunities, and propose practical solutions.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive execution of key initiatives and ensure priorities are followed through effectively.
  • Take ownership of special projects and strategic initiatives assigned by the COO.
Project Management
  • Lead and coordinate cross‑functional projects from planning through execution.
  • Define project timelines, priorities, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and drive resolution.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across different functions to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Ensure projects remain on track and aligned with business objectives.
Business Operations & Insights
  • Analyze business and operational data to generate insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and business reviews for management discussions.
  • Gather information from various stakeholders to support business initiatives and decision‑making.
  • Improve workflows, processes, and ways of working to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Navigate operational challenges and contribute to practical problem‑solving across functions.
COO Support
  • Act as a trusted partner to the COO in managing priorities and follow‑through.
  • Track key action items, decisions, and business initiatives to ensure execution.
  • Prepare materials and summaries for internal discussions, meetings, and management reviews.
  • Help maintain visibility across multiple projects and priorities within the COO Office.
Minimum Qualifications Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree (S1) from any major.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business project management, CEO/COO Office, management trainee, or similar roles.
  • Experience in startups or fast‑growing companies is a plus.
