FY - IFS - Business Development Intern

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Collaborate in brand management, marketing, and sales to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
• Drive revenue growth by promoting the Firm's services and enhancing brand visibility.
• Engage clients through market research, digital marketing, creative campaigns, and effective sales strategies.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the Firm's client base.
• Build relationships and develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
• Work on a variety of assignments, learning and growing through each experience.
• Ask questions, take initiative, and produce quality work that adds value for clients and the team.

The company is looking for:

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant majors from a reputable university, with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); knowledge of PowerBI is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and professionalism.
• Ability to apply a learning mindset and take ownership of personal development.
• Appreciation of diverse perspectives and effective communication skills including active listening and feedback exchange.
• Capability to gather and analyze information from various sources and build commercial awareness.
