IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business, system, and regulatory requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including BRD, FRD/FSD, User Stories, and Process Flow documentation.
• Collaborate with business, compliance, risk, operations, development, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support regulatory, compliance, risk management, and governance-related initiatives.
• Ensure solutions comply with internal policies, banking regulations, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including test scenario preparation, requirement validation, and issue resolution.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
• Assist in project delivery, change requests, and enhancement initiatives related to regulatory compliance.

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Regulatory Business Analyst.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and functional documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Experience collaborating with business, compliance, risk, operations, and IT stakeholders.
• Knowledge of banking processes, regulatory compliance, KYC, AML, CDD, EDD, or Transaction Monitoring is preferred.
