Set up and implement collection strategies, build and develop strong collection organization focused on result delivery, quality, control and management processes implemented. Collection efficiency and recovery targets achievements.
Responsibilities
Managing pre‑due and early collections campaigns to drive efficiency increase – execution and evaluation of campaigns.Building and managing internal and external field/late collection processes to deliver targeted recovery rates, building and managing legal collection strategies and processes incl. debt sale.Driving ongoing plan to improve overall efficiency and recovery performance.Proactive test and learn approach to increase efficiency.Managing and developing teams of Collection call center (size of 500 FTE+), late recovery – internal teams, external agencies, Legal recovery, Analytics/Reporting, Collection strategies & processes and Training/Quality and ensure every team achieves the targeted objective.Planning mid‑term/long‑term headcount requirements and budget of whole collection department.Closely cooperating with HR to support recruitment processes (build sufficient recruitment channels for collections positions, measuring process).Cooperates closely with IT & OPS to ensure technical capacities for collection.Regular audit of collection processes to deliver stabilization, control mechanisms into the processes for the startup of the business, fraud prevention in late collection (internal/external) and further enhancement of collection reporting.Provide regular checks to ensure collections processes are correctly implemented and respected.Active participation in roll out of new collection system and ensure its stabilization (Loxon, Genesys Dialer) in ongoing development of collection technology.Requirements
Having solid experience in Collection/related area (minimum 10 years).
Having strong leadership and experience in managing large teams.
