Whether your interests lie in Sort Operations, Pick up and Delivery Operations, Clearance Operations, Global Services Provider, or Operations Excellence Management, this structured program is designed to help you learn, grow, and make a real impact from day one.

- Assisting with the go‑to‑market launch of new products and features
- Revamping the marketing intelligence framework to drive strategic decision‑making and market growth

Business/Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering & Economics.
- Assist administration on listing scrap shipment
- Assist administration on listing the asset
- Support customers data base review and creation to support bad debt reduction project
Preferred background:
Business/Management, Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Information Technology.
- Improve the efficiency in Clearance Operations Flow
- Assist in project trial before launch
Preferred background:
Engineering.
- Support current project
- Improve Domestic Line Haul for improving Customer Experience by supporting Export team to identify process improvement opportunities
Preferred background:
Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management.
- Develop Dashboards for Indonesia Service Performance
- Develop subtask dashboard for easier analysis of clearance issues
- Optimize the meeting cadences to improve service performance
Preferred background:
Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business/Management.
