Mandarin Sales Support

• Conduct comprehensive client document verification (KYC) and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, including following up on incomplete applications and assisting with client reactivation initiatives.
• Act as the primary point of coordination between clients and the sales team to ensure timely communication and efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate client records and data within CRM systems.
• Communicate product updates, promotional campaigns, market developments, and relevant information to clients.
• Provide operational and administrative support to the sales team, including lead management, sales pipeline monitoring, and client retention activities.
• Coordinate closely with Operations, Compliance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure client requests and account-related matters are resolved within established service levels.
• Assist clients with account-related inquiries, including top-ups, withdrawals, account maintenance, and transfer requests.

Salary: IDR 10,000,000 – 12,000,000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience)
