- Bachelor’s master or degree economic, Business, or communication
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development (Banking or insurance)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and communicate results, identify root causes, recommend process improvements and corrective actions.
- Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong in reading regulations and rule

- Strong in presentation and analitical skill
- Fluent in english verbally and written
- Skillfull in working with Microsoft Office.

- Support Business Development Manager in any task related
- Develop new business source to be recommended to the Manager
- Manage relationship with partners Bank and Non Bank to ensure business sustainability
- Manage smooth alignment and coordination with internal and external stakeholder for launch partnership or program execution
- Escalate update and issues to manager to anticipate and resolve barriers in new partners launch process
