Permitting & Technical Support Supervisor or Superintendent

PT Anugrah Sukses Mining is currently seeking an experienced and driven professional to join our team as a Supervisor/Superintendent - Technical Support. This role plays a critical function in overseeing technical support functions, including operational reporting, project control, monitoring, and technical document management, to ensure accurate data, support decision-making, and achieve production targets in alignment with company goals and complied with regulation.

• Ensure accurate and reliable operational reporting to support production performance.
• Collaborate with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with mining regulations, reporting requirements, and permitting processes.
• Collaborate in the end-to-end management of mining licenses and permits, including IUP, RKAB, environmental permits, land use permits, operational licenses, and other regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project control activities, including progress tracking and coordination with internal teams.
• Oversee document control and maintain accurate documentation to support compliance, audits, and operational requirements.
• Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to support operational activities and resolve issues as needed.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key government stakeholders, including central ministries, provincial governments, and regional authorities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in mining, preferably in technical support, mine planning, or project control, permit & license, mine reporting.
• Strong understanding of mining operations, reporting, and regulation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with mining software is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
