Apprenticeship: Actuarial, Marketing & Product Mgmt

At Prudential Indonesia, we are continuously looking for talented and motivated students and fresh graduates to join our Apprenticeship Program. • Marketing:
  External Communication, Graphic Designer, Marketing Communication, Marketing (GTM)
• Product Management:
  Product Design, Product Implementation, Product Quotation
• Operation Governance & COO Office: UAT New Business Underwriting, System Tester (Quality Assurance)
• Finance & Accounting:
  Accounting Operation
• Agency:
  Data Analytics, High Impact Support, Filling & Ad Hoc, Administration & Distribution, Experience & Operation;
  Strategy, Transformation and Performance Management

• Support business analysis, reporting, and operational activities
• Assist in market research and competitor analysis
• Contribute to product development and product management initiatives
• Support actuarial modeling, pricing analysis, and data validation
• Prepare presentations, dashboards, and performance reports
• Participate in strategic projects and process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization

• Final-year undergraduate students or fresh graduates (graduated within the last 12 months)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Able to commit to a full-time 6-month internship/apprenticeship program
• Willing to work in a hybrid setting (3 days in office and 2 days from home) in South Jakarta
• Passionate about building a career in Actuarial, Marketing, Product Management, Operation Governance & COO Office, Finance & Accounting, or Agency functions
• For candidates interested in Actuarial or Actuarial Pricing opportunities, passing one or more preliminary actuarial examinations (PAI and/or SOA) will be considered an advantage
