We are looking for a highly driven Category Product Specialist to own the lifecycle of our regular and seasonal new beverage development (Limited Time Offers). In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative R&D and business profitability, ensuring our drink portfolio remains a market leader.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Category/Product Management within the F&B or FMCG industry.

  You must be highly proficient in P&L modeling, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and SUMIF to build complex scenarios.
• Fluent English: Comfortable presenting and communicating with international vendors and teams.
• The Right Vibe: Friendly, approachable, and collaborative personality! You will manage multiple stakeholders, sudden projects, and tight launching timelines, so being easy to talk to is just as important as being a structured thinker

• Drive Beverage Innovation: Lead the concept-to-launch workflow for new seasonal series (drinks only!), conduct sensory trials, and track global flavor trends.
• Master the P&L: Build structured sales projections, P&L scenarios, and advanced profitability simulations to ensure every launch hits Gross Profit (GP) and volume targets. You will also develop competitive psychological pricing strategies.
• Sourcing & RMPM Initiatives: Partner with Procurement to scout global raw materials and packaging. You will also oversee new machine initiatives, checking and monitoring store-fit performance data.
• Project Management: A multitasker who is able to oversee and manage multiple projects at any one time.
• Ensure Quality & Compliance: Manage critical regulatory documentation including Halal, BPOM, COA, and Safety Data Sheets, while leading ISO 9001/22000 quality compliance.
• Keep the Pulse: Track social media trends and customer feedback daily to identify viral potential, and conduct post-launch business reviews to analyze run rates
