Strategy & Operations role is designed for outstanding professionals who want to make a mark in the game industry. You will be part of a versatile players in the team that handles dynamic projects to address long-term objectives for our projects and unlock growth opportunities across multiple regions.

• Be involved in the key functions of game publishing teams, ranging from product, revenue, marketing, community, esports, or even the payment team
• Develop and implement business strategies, be hands-on in operational work, align cross-functional teams, and drive initiatives from planning to execution
• Manage projects, optimize workflows, and ensure seamless execution by improving processes, resources, and collaboration
• Analyze key metrics, generate insights, and leverage data to enhance performance, efficiency, and business growth

• A bachelor's degree in a business-related field from top reputable university will be advantageous
• Minimum 3 years of working experience; having prior experience in a strategy consulting firm or other business strategy-related functions would be highly preferred
• Highly motivated and driven individuals who are creative, adaptable, and enjoy solving challenging problems in the game industry, and who have strong records of academic and professional achievement
• Possess strong logical, analytical, and critical thinking abilities in identifying problems and coming up with effective solutions
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Mandarin will be a plus) along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Highly passionate about games with a good knowledge of the gaming industry in Indonesia; having a deeper curiosity for game products and the industry's best practices
