- Strategic Project Leadership:
Lead end-to-end execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives, from initial scoping through successful delivery and impact measurement. - Business Intelligence & Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to support critical business decisions, developing data-driven recommendations for senior leadership. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with leadership teams across all brands to ensure strategic alignment, remove operational barriers, and maintain project momentum. - Process Optimization:
Identify and implement operational improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Strong business acumen with proven ability to synthesize complex information, identify key insights, and translate analysis into actionable strategic recommendations. - Leadership & Communication:
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders across all organizational levels, presenting complex information clearly and persuasively. - Technical Proficiency:
Comfortable working with financial and operational metrics. - Results Orientation:
Track record of driving initiatives to completion while maintaining high standards for quality and attention to detail.
