• Oversee enterprise-wide strategic transformation initiatives to support the achievement of the Bank's strategic objectives.
• Develop actionable initiatives from strategic priorities and drive effective execution across functions.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and align stakeholders to deliver transformation outcomes successfully.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Establish governance and monitor transformation progress to ensure sustainable business value and measurable results.

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any major.
• Experience working on cross-functional projects and collaborating with different teams and stakeholders.
• Good communication, presentation, business writing, and English skills (both written and spoken).
