Job opportunity for Senior Business Operations at Ruangguru in Kota Jakarta Barat, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia.

• Lead operational initiatives across multiple business functions to ensure successful execution and achievement of business targets.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into operational solutions.
• Analyze operational and product performance using data to identify issues, opportunities, and process improvements.
• Drive end-to-end execution of operational projects, including planning, coordination, monitoring, and post-launch evaluation.
• Define operational requirements, improve business processes, and support new product or feature rollouts.
• Develop dashboards and operational reports to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Proactively identify risks, align stakeholders, and ensure operational readiness across initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Operations, Product Operations, Strategy & Operations, Product Management, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of digital products, operational processes, and cross-functional project execution.
• Proficient in SQL (Big Query preferred), Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across Product, Engineering, and Business teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, drive operational excellence, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
