Job Descriptionresponsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to completion to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Managing project schedules, monitoring progress, identifying potential risks, and preparing regular progress reports for management. Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies.
QualificationsBachelor’s Degree (S1) minimum, preferably in Civil Engineering or Architecture
Minimum 2 years of experience in project management
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Able to prepare and communicate detailed project progress reports, including identifying potential risks and obstacles
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in construction cost estimation is a plus
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Good communication and leadership abilities
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Additional InformationPlan, execute, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion
Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors
