Program Coordinator

Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, Public Administration, Community Development, or a related field.

At minimum 5 years of relevant experience in programcoordination or stakeholder/community engagement.

Havingstrong skill for planning, coordination, and reporting skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote or field environments.

• Clearand effective communication both written and verbal, ability to explainand convey messages about complex issues; strong influencing skills.

Abilityto work independently to deliver business objectives, ability to work inmulti-cultural environment with other internal functions and external stakeholders and government representatives.

Experience in gathering strategic/complex information and synthesising/presenting itefficiently both orally and in written to help developing business solutions, plans and priorities.

Able tomanage the stress caused by the volatile external dynamic as well asenjoys difficult negotiations to solve problems.

Fluentin English, both oral and written

Work experience in Papua is preferred
