The Meal Operations Coordinator manages the daily meal program across all Circle Time centers, ensuring ingredients, recipes, and processes are well-organized and consistently delivered.
The role involves coordinating with center teams, kitchen staff, vendors, and nutrition partners to maintain high-quality, nutritious meals and continuously improve the meal operations system.

- 5. Documentation & Reporting
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Nutrition/Gizi
- Organised and detail-oriented.
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up with different stakeholders.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Has a personal laptop for work purposes.
- Background or familiarity with food operations, nutrition, hospitality, or early childhood education is a plus.
